Resort Living is here, right at home...

Splash around with the kids in the resort-style pool on a hot August afternoon. Roast marshmallows and tell stories with your neighbors around the outdoor fireplace on a crisp autumn evening. Marymont Springs History
History of Marymont Springs Mansion

Listed on the National Register of Historical Places, the Marymont mansion has been an icon on Rucker Lane since the mid 1800s. Built by Hiram Jenkins, Jr. on 640 acres of land in approximately 1861, Marymont was constructed of handmade brick fired in a kiln located on the property.

At Marymont Springs, subtle elements throughout the community reflect the rich history this property holds. Some of the homes in Marymont Springs pay tribute to the architecture of the historic mansion, which has been described as "one of the last large Classical Revival homes erected in Middle Tennessee prior to the Civil War."
